Aroma Flower World accepts eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
Free Returns
For eligible returns requested within the 7-day return period, Aroma Flower World will cover the cost of return shipping and provide return instructions.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges, including paid express shipping charges, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Aroma Flower World.

Items specifically marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
